I just want to recommend one of the best-kept secret eats in Singapore: Hilton Checkers!

At a price of SGD$85 for the Sunday Brunch before taxes, I think for the quality, it is just value$$$$$-for-money!

Firstly, I heard that the seafood there are the freshest!

Secondly, Daddy says the Indian food is the BEST in Singapore, hands down!! The tandoori prawn is juicy and favourful! Naan are made on the spot and can be customised by the chef. You have got to try the Indian food there.

Have you heard of Tiffany Egg? There’s lots of other unique food (one of them is some kind of cheese thing) that you will not find in other restaurants!

The desserts are a must try! They are not only beautiful but very tasty too! (The photo doesn’t do it justice!!) The cheesecake is their signature. The ice cream are made inhouse. Just to let you know a lot of their past dessert chefs are Michele-starred!

Of course, there are Italian section, Chinese section, western, sushi, etc for you to explore! All of them are good! Some food are seasonal so you can go back again and again! There’s even a kids corner with top notch entertainers. At $85, it’s a steal!
