Arguably New York’s most famous museum, the museum itself is a sight to behold.
For kids: That’s an attractive map for kids. I think it’s fun for kids trying to find the real objects that are drawn on the cartoon map.
Size: It’s HUGE! Choose the exhibit you like and have a relaxing time there. We focused on Egypt and Greek Halls because Daddy is more interested in them.
Admission fees: It’s a pay-as-you-wish kind of admission fee. The recommended fee is $25/pax. Daddy asked friendly reception if anyone pays less than $25? She says, “Yeah! Many people…” 🙂
Opening Hours: It closes at 5pm so if you plan to cover the whole museum, do go early.
Cafe: I think it’s a nice place to relax (despite being very crowded) and watch people. There’s a roof top cafe too but closed because it was raining when we were there.
